Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Cloud Computing: - Manage and maintain cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.). - Deploy, configure, and monitor cloud services and virtual machines. - Ensure cloud security, backup, and disaster recovery strategies. - Optimize cloud resources for cost-efficiency and performance. - Software & Hardware Support: [ In absence of IT Executive ] - Install, configure, and update business applications and operating systems. - Provide troubleshooting and support for software-related issues. - Manage hardware components such as desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals. - Assist with procurement, setup, and maintenance of IT assets.
