Job Description
As the IT Director for India, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and delivering the IT, IS, and cybersecurity strategy for the India Cluster. Your responsibilities include aligning IT initiatives with business goals, ensuring efficient IT services, managing stakeholder relationships, and driving innovation in technology solutions. Your key tasks and responsibilities will involve executing the IT strategy in alignment with business objectives, identifying and implementing technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency, leading IT operations during M&A activities, managing IT service delivery within approved budgets, and ensuring compliance with IT policies and standards. You will act as the primary IT operations lead in the India cluster, translating business requirements into actionable IT initiatives, facilitating effective communication between business teams and IT, and ensuring IT security, service delivery, and governance. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining IT solutions, leading IT programs and projects to successful completion, managing IT teams and external vendors, and driving career development and performance management within the IT department. Key Skills required for this role include expertise in IT Strategy and Planning, Information Security, Programme Management, Business Change Management, Stakeholder Relationship Management, Financial Management, Solution Architecture, Service Management, and Resource Management. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of enterprise IT systems, proven experience in delivering complex programs, strong stakeholder management skills, analytical and strategic thinking abilities, and hands-on leadership style. A minimum of 10 years of IT leadership experience, including 5 years as an IT business partner or delivery leader, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related fields, is essential for this position. Experience in driving digital transformation and M&A integration, familiarity with ITIL-based frameworks, and working across diverse geographies and business cultures will be advantageous.,
