Urgent Hiring: IT Corporate Legal Consultant (Full Time) Company: Ssquad Global Location: Bangalore, ITPL, Whitefield Work Mode: 5 days Work from Office Experience: 2-5 years Interview Mode: Virtual Key Responsibilities: - Provide legal advice on corporate matters under English law. - Ensure compliance with relevant ISO standards across the company. - Draft and review contracts, agreements, and legal documents. - Advise on risk management and regulatory compliance. - Monitor updates in laws and ISO regulations and implement necessary changes. Required Skills: - 3-4 years of experience in corporate law with a focus on English law and ISO compliance. - Strong knowledge of ISO standards and certification processes. - Excellent communication and legal drafting skills. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment. strong knowledge and experience in contract drafting, vetting contract, contract negotiation, sending legal notices. Qualifications:Qualifications: LLB or equivalent law degree (LLM or higher qualification preferred). Relevant certifications in ISO compliance (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 27001) would be a plus. Strong understanding of corporate governance, regulatory frameworks, and risk management. Experience in working with international clients or legal frameworks. Ability to handle high-pressure situations and meet tight deadlines.
