Job Description

Internal Audits: Plan, execute, and document internal audits of various processes and systems to assess compliance with ISO standards and internal policies. External Audits: Assist in preparing for and participating in external audits conducted by certification bodies, regulatory agencies, or customers. Compliance Monitoring: Ensure that the company's operations and processes adhere to relevant ISO standards and regulations. Non-Conformance Management: Identify non-conformances during audits, document findings, and work with relevant departments to resolve issues and implement corrective actions. Reporting: Prepare audit reports detailing audit findings, recommendations, and corrective actions. Communicate findings effectively to senior management and relevant stakeholders. Process Improvement: Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement based on audit results, performance metrics, and industry best practices. Training and Awareness: Conduct training sessions and workshops to raise awareness among employees about ISO standards and quality management practices. Documentation Review: Review and assess documentation, procedures, and records for compliance with ISO standards. Management Review Support: Support the management review process by providing audit results, quality performance data, and recommendations for improvement. Maintain Certification: Assist in maintaining ISO certifications by ensuring that all systems, documentation, and processes are up-to-date and compliant with the relevant ISO requirements.
