Role Description This is a full-time on-site IPD Steward role located in Ernakulam. The IPD Steward will be responsible for customer service, communication, food & beverage, training, and food service tasks on a daily basis. Qualifications Customer Service and Communication skills Food & Beverage and Food Service knowledge Training experience Excellent interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in hospitality industry preferred High school diploma or equivalent required,
