Company : Livnest Technologies Pvt Ltd Position : Invoice Executive Experience : Minimum 6 months in Accounts/Finance Key Responsibilities: GST Filing Support -Track and manage GST filing deadlines -Assist in data preparation for monthly returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) TDS Management -Prepare and maintain accurate TDS sheets -Send timely follow-up calls and emails for compliance Post-Sales Coordination -Handle complete post-sales financial activities Invoice Management -Coordinate with Sales and Sourcing Teams to generate accurate invoices -Issue invoices promptly and maintain proper records Financial Records & MIS Reporting -Maintain clear and up-to-date financial records -Compile sales, expense, and other financial data -Prepare and share MIS reports with the Chartered Accountant by the 5th of every month for GST filing What Were Looking For: -Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in accounts/finance -Basic understanding of GST & TDS processes -Strong communication and coordination skills -Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting tools is a plus -Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Work Location: In person,
