Job Overview: We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to manage and optimize the stock levels of dry fruits, nuts, and healthy snacks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking inventory, ensuring stock freshness, minimizing wastage, and streamlining supply chain operations to maintain optimal stock levels across warehouses and retail channels. Key Responsibilities: Inventory Control & Stock Management Oversee the end-to-end inventory management process for all SKUs Monitor stock levels, shelf life, and expiry dates to prevent losses due to spoilage or obsolescence Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and reconciliations to ensure inventory accuracy Implement methods for stock rotation likewise FIFO ETC Maintain and update inventory records using ERP or inventory management software Warehouse & Distribution Optimization Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth inventory movement across different storage locations. Ensure proper storage conditions for perishable and high-value products. Work closely with sales and e-commerce teams to sync inventory levels across online and offline channels.
