Job Description
As a Manager in this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing an inventory tracking system to optimize inventory control procedures. You will examine the levels of supplies of finished goods and packing materials, documenting daily deliveries and shipments to keep inventory updated. Your tasks will include preparing detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments, as well as evaluating new inventory to ensure readiness for shipment. Additionally, you will perform daily analysis to predict potential inventory problems and follow up for material procurement to ensure timely material receiving. Moreover, you will be required to assist customers with any queries or requests. In this position, you will also supervise and train staff members to perform their allocated roles effectively. Your responsibilities will extend to managing inventory and ensuring customers" KYC requirements are met. The ideal candidate for this role would be a graduate or equivalent with prior experience in a managerial position. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential, and any prior experience in sales would be advantageous. The ability to stay highly organized is key to success in this role. The required skills for this role include computer knowledge, familiarity with barcoding systems, expertise in packing techniques, and proficiency in stock management. Leadership skills are also crucial for effectively managing the team and operations.
