Job Description
As an Inventory Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of inventory levels and stock movements. You will assist in stock audits and physical verification to ensure inventory accuracy. Your role includes coordinating with suppliers and vendors for stock updates and deliveries to avoid shortages and ensure timely stock replenishment. Utilizing ERP/software systems, you will record and track inventory efficiently. Furthermore, you will play a crucial part in maintaining warehouse organization and cleanliness. Your tasks will involve preparing inventory-related reports for management, handling stock returns, damaged goods, and replacements according to company policy. It is essential to have strong attention to detail and organizational skills, along with a willingness to learn basic inventory management practices. To excel in this role, a Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field is required. Familiarity with MS Excel and inventory software is advantageous, and knowledge of ERP systems like Easyecom and Tally is preferred but not mandatory. Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate with teams are essential for effective collaboration in a fast-paced environment. If you have experience in stock handling, inventory control, or warehouse management, it will be considered a plus. Your proficiency in attention to detail, communication, organization, and inventory management will be key assets in fulfilling the responsibilities of this role efficiently.,
