Website www.westburykommerce.com Position Title: Inventory Controller Location: Bangalore Experience: 5 - 8 Years Key Responsibilities: Managing Inventory operations, Month Close activities, Valuations Supervise regular inventory counts (cycle counts and full physical inventory). Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical counts and inventory records. Coordinate with purchasing and warehouse teams to manage incoming and outgoing stock. Helping category team with Purchase order release Update and maintain inventory databases and D 365 systems. Ensure proper storage and labelling of all inventory items. Prepare and analyse inventory reports to identify trends, shortages, or excesses. Timely monitoring inventory insurance Assist in implementing inventory control best practices and process improvements. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. Support audits and provide necessary documentation related to inventory. Job Requirements: Bachelors degree in commerce, supply chain, or related field preferred Experience in E- Commerce will be prerequisite Proven experience as an inventory controller, inventory analyst, or similar role. Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., D 365, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Good communication and teamwork skills.,
