The ideal candidate for this role should possess a keen attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and relevant experience in inventory management or auditing. Your primary duties will involve: - Performing periodic inventory audits at various facilities to reconcile physical stock with system records and rectify any disparities. - Monitoring and verifying inventory movements such as receipts, dispatches, and transfers. - Generating detailed audit reports that outline findings, discrepancies, and recommendations. - Analyzing inventory data to identify trends, shrinkage, or any issues affecting accuracy. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address the root causes of inventory inconsistencies. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree and have 2-4 years of prior experience in inventory management, auditing, or related fields. Familiarity with warehouse management systems or ERP tools will be advantageous. Additionally, possessing strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with proficiency in MS Excel and other data analysis tools, will be key to your success in this position.
