Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Inventory Accuracy & Reconciliation Ensure accuracy of inventory records across multiple locations. Conduct periodic reconciliations to identify discrepancies and resolve them promptly. Audits & Compliance Conduct timely surprise audits to verify stock levels and prevent discrepancies. Ensure adherence to internal controls and financial reporting standards. Cost of Carrying & Cost Control Analyze and monitor inventory carrying costs to optimize working capital. Identify opportunities for cost reduction in inventory management and financial processes. Data Analysis & Reporting Generate and analyze inventory reports to track trends and variances. Provide insights to the finance team for better decision-making and cost control. Coordination & Process Improvement Work closely with the warehouse, procurement, and finance teams to streamline inventory processes. Implement best practices to improve inventory tracking and financial accuracy. Key Requirements: Qualification: Bachelor's/Masters in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Experience: Proven experience in inventory analysis, financial reporting, and cost control. Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in financial tools and ERP systems.
