We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Event Management Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in the event planning process, from concept development to execution. You will work closely with our event managers and assist in various aspects of event coordination. Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning and organizing events, including logistics, vendor management, and client communication. Support the team in on-site event coordination and execution. Help create event timelines, budgets, and checklists. Conduct research on venues, suppliers, and industry trends. Assist with marketing efforts, including social media promotion and outreach. Collaborate with team members to ensure all event details are executed seamlessly. Attend meetings and take notes, providing updates as needed. Contribute creative ideas for event themes, decor, and activities. Qualifications: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media platforms. A passion for events and a desire to learn about the industry.
