Role Description: Management Trainee (Full-Time, On-Site) We are looking for energetic and ambitious individuals to join us as Management Trainees in our Thane office. This is a hands-on role offering exposure to exhibition management, client servicing, sales, and marketing communications in the exhibitions industry. Key Responsibilities Assist in day-to-day exhibition coordination and operations Tele calling and following up with old and new prospective clients Explain exhibition offerings to clients and close deals Drive sales and revenue through: Stall bookings Sponsorships Branding and ad packages Identify and pitch to new leads Explore and compile fresh data for outreach Support in advertising and event promotions Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors Assist in managing social media and digital campaigns Training Period Duration: 6 Months Stipend: 12,000 18,000/month (based on skills & role) Post-Training Compensation Salary: 20,000 25,000/month + Performance-Based Incentives Qualifications & Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Good interpersonal and persuasion abilities Excellent time management and coordination Basic understanding of branding, sales, and event planning Enthusiastic, proactive, and team-oriented mindset Willingness to learn and grow in the exhibitions and communications space Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field,
