You are looking for Customer Success Associates to be a part of the Bird process team. As a Customer Success Associate, your primary responsibility will be efficiently handling customer queries and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. It is essential to maintain professionalism during customer interactions and collaborate effectively with internal teams to resolve complex issues. Detailed record-keeping of customer interactions is also a key part of your role. To qualify for this position, you must have a minimum of 6 months of international BPO experience. A graduate degree is mandatory. Proficiency in English communication is crucial, along with strong problem-solving skills and a customer service-oriented approach. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure is necessary for this role. The interview process will consist of HR Round, Operations Round, and Client Round. The compensation offered for this position ranges from 26,000 to 29,000 CTC per month. You will be required to work in rotational shifts, with both-way cab facilities provided. The job follows a 5-day working week with rotational offs.
