Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Executive for Voice Process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries and complaints via phone calls in a professional manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound calls related to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
Resolve customer issues efficiently and accurately within set timelines.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
Follow communication scripts and processes.
Meet performance metrics such as call quality, average handling time, and customer satisfaction.
Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments when necessary.
Stay informed about product and service knowledge, as well as company policies.
