Job Title: International Voice Process Executive Travel Domain

About the Opportunity:
We are hiring for a premium client in the travel domain, a globally recognized organization known for exceptional customer service. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about delivering top-notch support to international customers.

Role Overview:
This blended role involves customer interaction through voice and chat channels, assisting with travel-related inquiries. Its an exciting opportunity to work in a challenging, high-growth environment with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Address international customer queries related to bookings, cancellations, itinerary changes, refunds, and more.

2. Provide accurate, timely solutions following the companys service guidelines.

3. Utilize tools and platforms, including GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo), to handle travel requests.

4. Maintain service quality and ensure a seamless experience for customers.

5. Meet and exceed performance targets such as customer satisfaction and first-contact resolution.

6. Collaborate with team members to enhance processes and ensure best practices are followed.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 6 months of international experience in the travel domain is required.

• Graduates or undergraduates with excellent English communication skills are welcome to apply.

• Proficiency in using GDS systems is a plus.

• Comfortable working in a rotational shift environment, including weekends and public holidays.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
