Job Description: We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in our International Voice Process. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries and provide support through inbound and outbound calls, ensuring a high level of service in alignment with international standards. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries and provide effective solutions via phone. Maintain a high level of professionalism and foster customer satisfaction. Accurately log call details and manage customer accounts within CRM systems. Resolve customer issues and escalate complex queries as needed. Adhere to call handling metrics and quality standards for the international voice process. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient operations. Key Requirements: Educational Qualification: Minimum High School Diploma; Bachelors degree preferred. Experience: Prior experience in a similar role, particularly in an international call center or BPO, is an advantage. Skills: Strong verbal communication skills in English with a neutral accent. Ability to listen actively and respond empathetically to customers. Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer skills. Problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented approach. Willingness to work night shifts and in a fast-paced environment.
