Job Description
The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in US/UK/Australia voice processes (excluding domestic voice processes), exceptional command over spoken English, confidence in communicating with native U.S. customers, excellent listening skills, a passion for resolving customer issues, and a strong desire for a long-term career in cybersecurity. This position requires immediate or early joiners who are committed to working full-time in an international voice process setting. Applicants are expected to possess the ability to work night shifts and rotational shifts, and the work location is in person.
