Job Description
The ideal candidate for this International Voice process position should possess US/UK/Australia Voice-process experience (NOT domestic voice process!) along with a very good command over spoken English. You must have the confidence to engage with native U.S. customers and exhibit good listening skills (listen more, talk less). A passion for solving customer problems is a key requirement for this role. Immediate/early-joiners are preferred for this full-time position. The work schedule includes night shifts and rotational shifts. The work location is in person.
