Job Summary:


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven International Sales Manager to drive business
growth across global markets. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of international sales
experience, preferably in trauma care, emergency medical products, and safety kits. This
role requires strong sales acumen, market development skills, and a deep understanding of
distributor management in international territories.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute international sales strategies to expand the organisation footprint
    in key markets.
  • Identify and onboard new distributors and partners in target regions.
  • Drive B2B sales with hospitals, military, emergency services, and government
  • procurement agencies.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and
    healthcare professionals.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and market entry strategies for diQerent geographies.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and potential growth
    opportunities.
  • Participate in international trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote
    Axios products.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations with
    distributors and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with product development, marketing, and regulatory teams to align sales
    eQorts.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through eQective pipeline management.
    Qualifications & Skills:
  • 3-4 years of international sales experience in medical devices, trauma care, or
    emergency safety kits.
  • Strong network with hospitals, military, emergency response teams, and distributors.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to develop new markets and establish strategic partnerships.
  • Experience in handling tenders and government contracts is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or
    related fields.
