Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven International Sales Manager to lead global market expansion efforts. This role is ideal for a professional with a proven track record in international B2B sales within the medical devices or emergency care sectors. You will manage distributors, drive partnerships, and help bring life-saving products to healthcare professionals and government agencies worldwide.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement international sales strategies in key regions.

  • Identify, onboard, and manage distributors and strategic partners.

  • Drive B2B sales with hospitals, military, emergency services, and government bodies.

  • Cultivate relationships with KOLs, clients, and healthcare professionals.

  • Navigate regulatory compliance for market entry in different geographies.

  • Conduct detailed market research, track trends, and evaluate competition.

  • Represent the brand at international trade shows and conferences.

  • Prepare proposals, deliver product presentations, and manage contract negotiations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and regulatory.

  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed targets.


Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • 34 years of experience in international sales, preferably in medical devices, trauma care, or safety kits.

  • Strong network across hospitals, military, EMS, and distributors.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Demonstrated success in market development and strategic partnerships.

  • Experience in government tenders and procurement is an advantage.

  • Willingness to travel internationally.

  • Degree in Business, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields.
