This is a full-time Hybrid role for an International Sales Executive at Viable Outsource Solution. The role involves activities such as market research, communication with international clients and driving international business growth. Identifying and researching opportunities in new and existing markets. Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients. Fostering a collaborative environment within the business. Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions. Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients. Running outbound campaigns (phone calls, emails, etc.) to create sales opportunities. Developing and presenting proposals customized for each clients specific business needs. Ensuring excellent customer service through regular client follow-up. Qualifications Freshers or 1+ years of experience in business development Strong negotiation abilities. Market Research skills Strong Communication skills Experience in international business practices is an added benefits Ability to work independently and in hybrid set-up Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or related field is an added bonus Fluency in multiple languages is a plus,
