Familiarity with visa processes and immigration requirements for international nurses. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with diverse candidates. Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software. Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously. Strong analytical skills to assess candidate suitability and cultural fit. Detail oriented with excellent organizational abilities. A commitment to diversity and inclusion in the recruitment process. Responsibilities Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to attract nursing professionals for international placements. Stay updated on industry trends, immigration policies, and regulatory requirements affecting international recruitment. Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and industry networks.
