You will be working as an International / Inside Sales representative, providing market intelligence to the manager by focusing on market trends, shifts, competitors, and customer information. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that all orders are accurately completed in the system, guaranteeing customer satisfaction and value, and adhering to the company's vision and mission. You will support sales strategies to drive revenue growth, manage the lead information database, follow up on leads, and identify client needs through active listening and meaningful conversations. Additionally, you will follow up on marketing generated leads, penetrate target organizations, and maintain accurate records of calls and results achieved. To be successful in this role, you should possess strong communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to understand professional service needs, client requirements, and physician credentials.
