Job Description
You will be joining an International voice process team in Mohali/Chandigarh, where you will be required to have a Graduation degree in any stream. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply for this position. Your salary package will include 21000ctc along with a 3000 night shift allowance. It is essential to have excellent writing and verbal communication skills, coupled with a good understanding of BPO operations. Cab facility will be provided, and you will have a 5-day working week. As part of the role, you must be willing to work flexible night shifts on a rotational basis. We are looking for candidates with a technical background who have graduated within the last 3 years, and non-technical background candidates who have graduated within the last 5 years. This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for freshers. You will also be entitled to benefits such as commuter assistance, health insurance, and provident fund. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and proficiency in English is required. The work location will be in person in Mohali/Chandigarh.
