Company: Fute Services Location: Bommanahalli, Bangalore Work Timing: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (IST) Job Type: Full-time Experience: 0-2 years Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls to and from Australian customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues. Respond to customer queries via email and chat, providing accurate and timely information. Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers. Document customer interactions and update records in the companys CRM system. Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
