Job Description

As an International Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate information and support to international customers over the phone. Your main duties will include addressing customer queries related to products, services, or technical issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive customer experience. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, provide technical support, and resolve issues through phone calls. It will be crucial to address queries promptly and uphold high service standards to ensure customer satisfaction. The position requires candidates with a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service. The salary package ranges from 3.8 LPA to 4.7 LPA, with rotational night shifts and 2-way cab facilities provided. You will have 2 rotational week offs and the work location will be in Hitech City. This is a full-time position with benefits such as health insurance and provident fund. You will be working night shifts, rotational shifts, and US shifts. Additionally, there are bonuses available including a joining bonus, performance bonus, and quarterly bonus.
