Customer Engagement: Interact with international customers via phone to provide information on travel packages, bookings, and services while maintaining a high standard of customer service. Sales Conversion: Proactively identify customer needs and convert inquiries into sales, meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on travel-related products, destinations, pricing, promotions, and policies to assist customers effectively. Issue Resolution: Handle customer queries and complaints promptly, ensuring a smooth resolution and maintaining customer satisfaction.
