About Us:Bigwings is an innovative startup in the logistics industry with a mission to streamline logistics and trucking operations in the USA. We are looking for a motivated Research Intern to support our team by conducting in-depth research on logistics, trucking regulations and industry trends.Responsibilities: Research US logistics and trucking industry trends, regulations, and challenges. Gather data on market needs, customer pain points, and potential opportunities for TMS improvements. Research compliance requirements (e.g., DOT, FMCSA, ELD mandates) and their impact on trucking businesses. Assist in preparing research reports, presentations, and data-driven insights to support product development. Evaluate technological advancements, automation, and AI trends in logistics and suggest innovative solutions. Identify potential customer segments and analyze their needs and preferences. Support in creating research-backed business strategies and feature recommendations. Requirements: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Data Science, or a related field. Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to interpret industry data. Interest in logistics, supply chain, and transportation technology. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and research tools. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
