Job Description

As a valued team member, your responsibilities will include writing and posting job descriptions on career websites and various social media platforms. You will be tasked with sourcing potential candidates through databases, job portals, social media, and networking channels. Conducting phone, Skype, or in-person interviews will also be part of your core duties. Additionally, you will provide a list of shortlisted candidates to hiring managers and facilitate communication with new employees, preparing onboarding and orientation sessions as needed. It will be your responsibility to maintain a comprehensive record of interviews and new hires, along with managing hiring data and publishing relevant analytics and insights. To excel in this role, we require individuals with good interpersonal and communication skills. Familiarity or previous work experience with HR databases, applicant tracking systems, and candidate management systems is highly desirable. Moreover, a basic understanding of social media platforms will be beneficial for this position. In terms of qualifications, we seek candidates who are currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
