Our Wadhwani Accelerate program supports early-stage, high-potential startups and small businesses in scaling up sustainably through structured interventions, mentorship, and access to markets. Position Overview We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support program and research functions within the Wadhwani Accelerate team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with startups, mentors, and program teams, contributing to the scaling of innovative businesses. What Were Looking For A strong interest in startups, small businesses, and the innovation ecosystem Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong research and analytical skills ability to identify and map relevant data Highly organized, with attention to detail and comfort working in a fast-paced environment Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day coordination with startups, mentors, and internal teams Maintain and update trackers, documentation, and program dashboards Conduct structured research to identify mentors and map them to startup needs Assist in compiling startup profiles, pitch decks, and evaluation notes Help in preparing reports, presentations, and communication for outreach Coordinate logistics for program events including check-ins, masterclasses, and milestone reviews Who Should Apply Students or recent graduates from business, economics, social sciences, or related fields Individuals passionate about entrepreneurship and startup ecosystems Candidates with excellent organizational, interpersonal, and presentation skills comes in the way of progress.,
