To excel in this role, you should possess solid knowledge in mechanical design, mold design, and material engineering. Your willingness to learn, strong communication skills, and proficiency in CAD software such as Catia, Creo, or UG will be essential. Basic knowledge of FEA analysis and proficiency in office tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and Photoshop will be advantageous.
