As a Production Operations Intern at Brand Scale-Up Inc., located in HRBR Layout, Kalyan Nagar, North Bengaluru, you will be an integral part of our video content and production team. This full-time, on-site internship opportunity spans over 3 months, with the potential for a performance-based PPO. We welcome applications from freshers with a maximum of 1 year of experience, especially those eager to venture into the creative or advertising industry. Your primary responsibilities will involve scouting appropriate shoot locations such as BNBs, cafes, and outdoor spaces, as well as collaborating with talent agencies to facilitate actor and influencer shortlisting and auditions. You will play a crucial role in supporting wardrobe styling, outfit coordination, and managing production logistics including props, equipment, and crew support. On shoot days, your active assistance will ensure the smooth execution of tasks and operations, working closely with the content, creative, and production teams both on set and off. To excel in this role, we seek individuals with educational backgrounds in Fashion Communication/Styling, Advertising & PR, Mass Media/Journalism, Visual Communication/Media Studies, or Event Management/Hospitality. Based in Bengaluru, the role requires full-time on-site availability, showcasing your strong organizational and multitasking skills. An inherent interest in advertising, production, styling, or event coordination, coupled with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, will be highly advantageous.
