Job Description

Job Summary: As an Administrative Intern in the Facilities Management industry, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations and administrative functions of our facility management team. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to gain practical experience in managing the complexities of facility operations while assisting with a range of administrative tasks. Responsibility: Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to the facilities management team, including organizing documents, preparing reports, and handling correspondence. Data Management: Assist with data entry, maintenance, and analysis related to facility operations, maintenance logs, and compliance records. Scheduling and Coordination: Help coordinate facility maintenance schedules, manage work orders, and liaise with service providers to ensure timely completion of tasks. Communication: Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications, handling inquiries, and facilitating effective communication between stakeholders. Inventory and Supply Management: Monitor inventory levels of facility supplies and equipment, assist with ordering, and ensure proper stock management. Qualifications: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
