As an Interiors Pre-Sales & Sales Manager at Vritti Interiors in Bengaluru, you will play a key role in managing pre-sales activities and sales processes for personalized, stylish spaces designed to reflect individual taste and lifestyle. You will be responsible for conducting client consultations, presenting design solutions, and developing project proposals to transform homes using quality materials and thoughtful customization. Your expertise in negotiating contracts, closing sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction will be vital in achieving successful project outcomes. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating with design engineers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project delivery timelines and expectations are met. Your strong project management and organizational skills will be put to use as you coordinate with various parties involved in the project. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential as you interact with clients and team members to visualize and achieve their dream homes. To excel in this role, you should have experience in client consultations, presenting design solutions, and developing project proposals. Skills in negotiating contracts, closing sales, and coordinating with different stakeholders will be beneficial. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is necessary for effective communication and project management. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field is required, and experience in the interior design industry would be an added advantage. This is a full-time on-site position, and the ability to work in Bengaluru is a must.,
