Job Profile: Site Engineer for Interior Design and Execution Position: Site Engineer (Interior Fit-Out) Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Site Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all site-related activities for interior fit-out projects, ensuring that all works are carried out to the highest standards, within the stipulated time frame and budget. Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Oversee and manage interior fit-out projects from commencement to completion, ensuring high-quality standards. Site Supervision: Supervise all construction activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety norms. Coordination: Liaise with architects, quantity surveyors, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success. Quality Control: Regularly inspect work progress to enforce quality control, identifying and resolving problems. Budget Management: Assist in budgeting, scheduling, and tracking of project costs. Report Generation: Prepare regular progress reports for management and clients. Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards on site. Technical Support: Provide technical advice and solving problems on site and do detail drawings. Qualifications: Bachelors Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in site management, preferably in interior fit-out projects. Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations. Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office, Auto CAD and construction management software. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
