Role Description This is a full-time Interior Project Manager role located on-site in Virudhunagar. The Interior Project Manager will be responsible for expediting, project management, inspection, and logistics management tasks associated with interior projects on a day-to-day basis. PM - Interior: - B.E.,Civil., / Dip. in Civil., - Must be having 7 + Yrs experience in the Interior field in the Interiors vertical. - Must be having the Interior projects planning, scheduling, execution skills and BOQ skills. - Interior execution team handling skills and Client coordination skills. - Experience in working with and leading a team of Interior project managers / engineers. - Familiarity with Carpenter team sourcing and coordination skills, Understanding of fall ceiling works, Interior bedrooms, wardrobes and TV unit fixing skills. - Quality control techniques and experiences. - Familiarity with the Drawings and Scheduling of Projects. - Decision making skills and sound knoweldge in Interiors. - Experience with AutoCAD and other relevant software a plus.
