Job Description
Be the Lead Designer for customers, from the first meeting to order booking to design finalization Collaborate with the customer, understand their requirements, and give them the best design solution for their home, including but not limited to, quoting, detailed designing and getting production drawings ready for manufacturing. Focus on, prioritize and execute multiple design projects. Analyse sales reports, project TAT and customer satisfaction Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies. Build and manage client relationships. Lead sales presentations and consultations. Collaborate with design teams to ensure project success. Achieve and exceed sales targets. Meet with client in order to understand the client's objectives and desires Communicate effectively with client, vendors and team in order to address client's needs Prepare presentations (3D, 2D,mock-ups and renderings) of Modular Kitchen, Wardrobes & Complete Interiors. Create quotes for clients and ensure full workflow is followed. Maintain industry knowledge in order to stay relevant Excellent communication and client relationship building skills. Qualifications: 5+ years of sales experience in interior design & Sales Strong negotiation and communication skills. Bachelor's degree in Business, Interior Design, or related field.
