We are seeking talented Interior Designers who will be a part of a core design team and contribute to residential projects. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual with a strong foundation in interior design, material selection, sectional detailing, technical knowledge, and excellent communication skills. This role is fit for someone seeking deep industry knowledge and exposure to design decision-making. Key Responsibilities - Working on concept designing to incorporate client requirements - Translating design ideas into workable design details - Work in AutoCad to develop detailed 2D designs, layouts, and drawings. - Collaborate with team members to ensure project objectives are met. - Communicate with vendors for material selection and coordination. - Assist in site execution, ensuring the implementation aligns with the design plan. Skills and Qualities - Bachelors in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field is a must. - Minimum 1 year of experience as a core designer is a must. - Software Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office is a must. - Preferred Skills: Photoshop, SketchUp - Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. - Punctual, self-motivated, and takes ownership of tasks. - A team player with a collaborative mindset. Compensation & Work Schedule: - 25,000 to 33,000 per month (based on skillset) - Monday to Saturday, full-time, office-based role.
