Job Description: Interior Design Intern Company: ULK Kitchens and Interior Location: Wakad, Pune Urban Living Kitchens, a renowned name in the modular kitchen and interior design industry, is offering an exciting opportunity for aspiring interior designers. We are seeking a passionate and motivated Interior Design Intern to join our team for a 3-month internship. This internship is performance-based and offers the potential for a full-time Junior Designer position upon successful completion. Responsibilities: Work closely with senior designers to understand project requirements and objectives. Assist in creating innovative and functional modular kitchen and interior designs. Prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings using tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Infurnia. Support the development of design concepts, layouts, and material selections. Revise and modify designs based on client feedback. Ensure timely and accurate project deliveries. Conduct on-site assessments and measurements when required. Provide design and operational support to senior team members. Requirements: Basic understanding of modular kitchen and interior design principles. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and V-Ray is preferred (training can be provided if required). Strong creative and problem-solving skills. Ownership of a laptop for design work and a bike for site visits. Flexibility to work on weekends, with a weekday off. Good communication and interpersonal skills. A keen interest in staying updated on industry trends and technology. Internship Details: Duration: 3 months Stipend: Performance-based Post-Internship Opportunity: Candidates who successfully complete the internship may be offered a Junior Designer position.
