Job Description

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Interior Designer cum Architect to lead design projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing architectural and interior design solutions, managing client relationships, leading design teams, and ensuring project delivery meets aesthetic, functional, and budgetary expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Leadership:

• Lead the design and development of architectural and interior concepts for high-end projects.

• Oversee space planning, layout development, material selection, and FF&E specifications.

• Ensure integration of architectural elements with interior aesthetics and functionality.

• Review and approve design drawings, 3D models, and working details.

Project Management:

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept design to execution and handover.

• Coordinate with consultants, vendors, contractors, and site teams to ensure smooth workflow.

• Monitor design implementation at site and ensure adherence to design intent and quality standards.

Client Interaction:

• Engage directly with clients to understand requirements, present concepts, and handle approvals.

• Provide expert guidance on design trends, sustainability, materials, and space efficiency.

• Ensure client satisfaction through responsive communication and creative design solutions.

Team Collaboration & Mentorship:

• Guide and mentor junior designers and architects.

• Conduct design reviews and brainstorming sessions.

• Foster innovation and a high standard of design excellence within the team.
