Job Description

As an Interior Designer, you are expected to possess outstanding creative thinking skills that enable you to craft designs based on client interactions. Your role involves regular communication with clients to understand their requirements and adapt your approach based on their feedback. It is crucial to stay updated with the latest trends in the Interior Design industry to offer the most innovative solutions to clients. Your responsibilities will include taking ownership of the Sales funnel and ensuring successful Sales Closure. Additionally, you will be accountable for enhancing Customer Experience throughout project execution. You will be leading and ensuring the quality and accuracy of design deliverables, managing the entire Project lifecycle from start to finish. The ideal candidate should have a Graduation or relevant Diploma with at least 15 years of Academic education. A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Interior Designer is required, with a track record of leading and delivering a minimum of 5 to 6 Turnkey or Full Home Residential projects. Proficiency in design tools, PPT presentation, and AutoCAD is essential. You should have expertise in Conceptual design, Technical design, Modular design, and Civil works & Services. This includes knowledge of layout, style, moodboard, material selection, execution, drawing preparation, module planning, and specifications. You must be able to create Bills of Quantities for customers and collaborate with internal and external agencies effectively. Furthermore, your sales skills should include being able to close deals with a logical and trustworthy sales pitch. Leading design meetings with customers will be part of your responsibilities.
