Job Description

Designation : Interior Designer
Qualification : Bachelor or Master Degree in Interior Designing or related field
Total experience : 2-3 years
Gender : Male/Female
Location : SachinGIDC, Surat ( Work from office )
Salary Range : Upto 5 LPA
Notice period: Immediate - 30 days

Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget for the project. Gather information about the purpose and function of the space.
2. Space Planning: Create detailed floor plans and layouts to optimize the use of space, ensuring efficient traffic flow and functionality.
3. Concept Development: Develop design concepts that align with the client's vision, including color schemes, furniture styles, materials, and decorative elements.
4. Material and Finish Selection: Choose appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings for each project, taking into consideration durability, aesthetics, and budget constraints.
5. Furniture and Fixture Selection: Select and source furniture, fixtures, and accessories that match the design concept and fit the space perfectly.
6. Lighting Design: Plan and design lighting schemes that enhance the ambiance and functionality of the space, including the selection of fixtures and placement.
7. Budget Management: Create and manage project budgets, including estimating costs for materials, labor, and furnishings. Ensure the project stays within budget constraints.
8. Coordination: Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project to ensure that design plans are implemented accurately and efficiently.
9. Site Visits: Conduct regular site visits to oversee the progress of the project, address any issues, and make necessary adjustments to the design.
10. Code Compliance: Ensure that all design elements meet building codes and regulations, including accessibility and safety standards.
11. Documentation: Create detailed drawings, blueprints, and specifications for construction and installation purposes.
12. Presentation: Present design concepts and proposals to clients, including the use of visual aids such as 3D renderings or mood boards.
13. Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including scheduling, procurement, and coordination of contractors and vendors.
14. Trends and Research: Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and emerging design technologies to provide clients with innovative and contemporary design solutions.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field (Some positions may require an advanced degree or certification).
2. Strong creativity and design skills.
3. Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
4. Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
6. Project management skills and the ability to work within budgets and deadlines.
