Job Description

  • Carrying out all design tasks and activities as provided.
  • To produce new innovative designs which meets the Clients requirement in terms of space utilisation, looks and cost.
  • Prepare a Design Brief Note and record the needs of client
  • To ensure all the presentation drawing are got prepared & submitted prior to the presentation timeline of client.
  • To ensure all the detailed drawings (GFC) are submitted within timeline planned and informed by Senior Designer
  • To ensure all the Detailed Designs Drawing (GFC) are made and handed over to Project Manager as per the schedule.
  • To review the status priority of each project on weekly basis & get the drawings completed accordingly.
  • To attend site review meetings with / without Sr. Associate Designer as per requirement & then minutise & Circulate to all concerned.
  • To work upon and prepare project presentations for the client.
  • Review status of site progress and assign drawing schedule.
  • Review priority of each project on weekly basis and to ensure that project datelines are met.
  • To ensure schedule as per project flow is maintained by vendors and PMC.

Preferred candidate profile :

 
  • An Interior Designer with excellent presentation skills with a minimum of 3 years of experience 
  • Should have relevant experience of working on Corporate Interiors /Workplace design projects 
  • Should have a strong design sensibility and the technical ability to develop a project from concept to execution. 
  • You must be a team player with a positive attitude to go the extra mile 
  • You should posses ability to multi -tasking ability, with time management and organisational skills. 
  • You have an excellent knowledge of design tools such as AutoCAD, Sketchup and Photoshop
