The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the project, ensuring it is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. This role involves collaborating with clients, contractors, and design teams, ensuring seamless execution and efficient communication. Key Responsibilities: Manage all phases of interior construction projects, from concept to completion. Develop and monitor project timelines and schedules. Coordinate with architects, designers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Track project progress, resolve issues, and adjust as needed. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Communicate regularly with clients on project updates and any necessary changes. Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and progress. Ensure required permits and inspections are in place. Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field. Experience: Proven experience in managing interior construction projects. Skills: Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent communication with clients, team members, and contractors. Familiarity with project management software and tools. Detail-oriented, with a focus on safety and quality. Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Preferred: Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) or construction management. Experience in interior design or architecture.,
