Job Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior 3D Visualizer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of architectural design, spatial planning, and material textures to create photorealistic interior renderings and walkthroughs. You will work closely with the design and architecture teams to translate concepts into visually compelling 3D visuals. Key Responsibilities: Create high-quality 3D interior renderings, walkthroughs, and presentation visuals for residential and commercial construction projects. Understand and interpret architectural and interior design plans, sketches, and concepts. Work collaboratively with architects, interior designers, and project managers to visualize design concepts. Develop and maintain a library of 3D models, textures, materials, and lighting presets. Ensure renderings are aligned with design standards, brand identity, and client expectations. Stay updated with the latest 3D rendering tools, techniques, and design trends. Requirements: Bachelors/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in interior 3D visualization, preferably in a construction or architecture firm. Proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Adobe Photoshop. Knowledge of Lumion or other real-time rendering software is a plus. Strong understanding of lighting, composition, materials, and textures. Attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work under tight deadlines. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Preferred Skills: Basic understanding of interior design principles. Good communication skills for coordination with teams and clients.
