The role of an Integration Architect at Wipro involves creating exceptional integration architectural solutions and providing thought leadership to ensure exceptional client engagement and satisfaction. As an Integration Architect, your responsibilities include defining integration architecture for new deals and major change requests, providing solutioning for digital integration for RFPs from clients, and ensuring the overall design assurance. You will be required to analyze applications, exchange points, data formats, connectivity requirements, and client requirements to set an integration solution design framework. Additionally, you will provide technical leadership in the design, development, and implementation of integration solutions using modern technology. Your role will also involve collaborating with various IT groups to transition tasks, ensuring performance, and managing issues. You will need to document integration architecture covering logical, deployment, and data views, validate integration solutions, and identify problem areas for root cause analysis. Furthermore, you will collaborate with sales, program/project, and consulting teams to reconcile solutions to architecture and track industry integration trends to plan current and future IT needs. As an Integration Architect, you will enable delivery teams by providing optimal delivery solutions and frameworks, building and maintaining relationships with technical leaders and stakeholders, and leading the development of integration framework and related artefacts. You will ensure integration architecture principles, patterns, and standards are consistently applied to all projects and support pre-sales teams in presenting solution designs to clients. Competency building and branding will be another aspect of your role, which includes completing necessary trainings and certifications, developing proof of concepts, case studies, white papers, and blogs, and contributing to Wipro's thought leadership by speaking in forums. Additionally, you will mentor developers, designers, and junior architects for their career development and enhance the integration practice through various activities. In terms of team management, you will be responsible for resourcing by anticipating talent requirements and hiring suitable resources, talent management by ensuring onboarding and training for team members, and performance management by providing inputs for setting appraisal objectives and conducting timely performance reviews. The ideal candidate for this role should have mandatory skills in Kafka integration and possess 8-10 years of experience in the field.
