Job Description
You will be an experienced Workday Integration Consultant with more than 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and providing integration support for Workday. Your expertise will include proficiency in creating and managing Workday integrations utilizing Cloud Connect for Benefits, EIB, Core Connectors, Document Transformation, and Workday Studio. Your responsibilities will include configuring and supporting Workday HCM modules, business processes, and reporting. You will design, develop, and test integrations connecting Workday with both external and internal systems. Managing interfaces using APIs, SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT, and WSDL will be a key part of your role. Additionally, you will offer post-migration support, aid in data mapping, transformation, and conversion, and support Workday integration activities related to M&A. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet data and integration requirements while ensuring compliance with PII standards and data privacy will also be essential. Preferred qualifications for this role include Workday Integration Certifications (highly desired), experience with PECI, PICOF, CCW, a strong understanding of Workday business/custom objects and reporting, as well as excellent communication skills.,
