Integrated Management System Engineer Continental

1. Coordinate the IATF 16949 Quality certification.
2. Manage, monitor, and support the deployment of Quality tools in a continuous improvement process: Compliance Quest, Process Capability, SPC, MSA, R&R, A3 Problem Solving, FMEA Product and Process, PowerBI, IATF System Audit, VDA 6.3, and VDA 6.5.
3. Prepare and lead the quality management review.
4. Participate in Quality working groups organized by the CONTINENTAL Group.
5. Implement the process approach within the company in coordination with Corporate Continental rules.
6. Organize, plan, and conduct audits (internal auditor: system, product, process).
7. Define and monitor preventive and corrective actions resulting from audit findings.
8. Draft, update, and disseminate various quality procedures.
9. Ensure regulatory watch.
10. Coordinate the update of the quality document system with process owners.
11. Train various stakeholders in the company on quality issues.
12. Lead the deployment of Customer Specific Requirements.
